ELITE FOUR KRIS is distantly descended from the dragon’s lair clan in johto. he is charged with monitoring the western half of the region. his Pokémon, though powerful, are very difficult to control. as such, he normally does not fight using his entire team and is careful about evolving them. his gabite is a shiny pokémon that tao gave to him as an egg.

in the games, dragon-types are always cheaters and are often too low a level to actually evolve, but are evolved anyway. (this is to make them not complete gamebreakers.) kris also is a cheater, with a few dragons that have evolved at low levels. shame on you, kris.
