GYM LEADER BAEKHYUN is a grass-type expert who lives in the sunniest city of the region and has his official battles outdoors, as the “sunny day” condition increases the power of grass-type pokémon (and fire-type, when he teams up with chanyeol for double battles). he hits the enemy with negative status effects and uses attacks like “leech seed” and “mega drain” to force long, agonizing battles. outside of official battles, he can sometimes be found teaming up for double battles with GYM LEADER CHANYEOL. lately, they have not been battling together very often. rumor around the league is that they've been having a difference of opinions...
